Can anyone help me out: My blog is PASSWORD protected and I have no idea how to get a RSS feed out in the first place. Password-protected feeds do exist — but it seems, tumblr can't handle it? I googled my ass off, but so far came up empty.

Thanks. I actually used this method instead of tumblr's native method because the latter method created errors for me (infinite redirects)

I am working on the html suggestion and so far all it has done is change the color on my title and the text on my page.

Feedburner approximate the number of subscribers by the number of fetch the
RSS readers do and your reach (reads/clicks by user). I invite you to read

Oh okay. How does it count? Does it counts after someone click the post (after he/she subscribes the blog ofcourse), or does it counted by the numbers of people who subscribes the blog,whether the person is read/click it or not?

Feedburner.com let you track the number of people who is reading you by your
RSS feed. Most of them to not come to your blog to read your posts, but use
RSS readers like Google Reader to do so.
